Refund policy
Since all items are custom made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or design preferences.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, a replacement or reprint can be arranged once the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email us at info@tribemodeplus.com with your order number and photos clearly showing the issue( if applicable).
We aim to process all requests within 10 working days.
If your request is approved, a member of our team will provide the return address and instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Branding and Transparency
Products include labels by default. At this time, custom labels are available through international fulfilment only and are not supported for U.S. fulfilment.
